Water Spouts may be seen in all the varieties of bodies of water over the world. They share the variety in sizes from small wisps of wind and water that seem to dance and play across the surface of the sea to almost monstrous one that could devastate whatever comes in their path but these are called hurricanes. My work of art can be found to the more whimsical size. I have also included a proportion of the sea bed that allows the viewer to both visually and tactually touch the art while spinning it slowly around as the action of a true 'WATERSPOUT".
